Osteopath, Counsellor & Movement Expert.
Owner of Clinic on the Green.
I have always been in awe of the human body and firmly believe that motion is an important element of being a well-functioning human. After 15 years in practice, I am ever more ignited to support a wide variety of individuals and their equally individual goals.
Using my unique set of expertise, I have crafted an integrated approach to work with each person who comes to me for treatment, drawing on postural restoration and positional breathing, pilates, hypopressives, strength, conditioning and mind-body physiology research to enhance physical and emotional health.
Our work will always be developed together and with honesty, professionalism and opportunities to celebrate!
I have also designed the 10-week ME2ME Programme to support people through the process and struggle of change, by harnessing the science of movement, motivation and emotional resilience to move you to thriving and celebrating.
Hannah's journey with osteopathy has taught her the importance of treating the body as a whole and the power of touch. She has a keen interest in trying to find the cause of the pain and treating the body structurally, biomechanically and functionally for a more holistic approach.
Hannah has taken qualifications in yoga, dry needling and hydrotherapy and is heavily involved in community aqua programs.
I love the wide perspective that Osteopathy provides to help people regain health and become pain free. I combine manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise and movement in treatment and embrace each patient’s unique circumstances.
Following a career change, I graduated from my five-year Bachelors of Osteopathy with a first-class honours degree. I also hold certification in Soft-Tissue Therapy, Acupuncture for Sports Injuries, Clinical Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga.
I am especially interested in chronic (long term) pain and helping people recover from sports injuries. As well as working in clinic, I am the club osteopath for Gosford All Blacks RFC. This involves treating and rehabilitating players from all kinds of injuries at training sessions and providing treatment and pitch side first aid at the men's first fifteen matches.
I have lived in Oxford for twenty years and am a mother of two. I love lots of different activities including yoga, tennis, boxing, eating, travelling, reading and being out and about with my two dogs.
