How can Nutrition help you?

Nutrition is of course about food. It is the science of food; the compounds within what we eat can be optimised for each person and the life they live. Nutrition aims to reduce deficiencies, highlight intolerances and leave you with more energy, better hormonal balance and improved digestive conditions, such as IBS, Crohns and heartburn.

In Detail

There are often underlying health conditions in people bothered over a long period with digestive symptoms. Conditions such as H.Pylori, Coeliac Disease, Candida and parasites all contribute to feelings of abdominal discomfort and pain, bloating, changes in bowel habit, fatigue, mental fog and lacklustre skin and hair. The gut wall develops scarring and becomes increasingly difficult to heal.

Our nutritionist at Clinic on the Green specialises in healing the gut, which is the root cause of many conditions and deficiencies. Through lab tests , it is possible to identify the root cause of your own symptoms, following which we will guide you in ways to change to your diet and how to eat delicious foods that make you feel great!
