Through this coming year at COTG we will be exploring the changes, which come about with the seasons, and how this affects our wellbeing.
As we move from Christmas and festive holidays, I always find myself feeling rather reflective, and the slowing down of winter does seem to drive one into contemplation and inner change.
The workshops we have coming up in the next 8 weeks support this and I hope you will find something to inspire and enjoy.

Mary Heneghan is an acupucturist as well as Kum Nye teacher, and introduces us to simple movements and postures to connect to our ‘energetic body’ – that of sensations and feelings. Practice includes movement, breath and voice techniques, self-massage and visualization.
An hour and a half of Kum Nye (Meditation in Movement) is followed by a Chinese Tea Ceremony, led by James Thirlwall of Chayou teas – feast your senses and be amazed!
