This 10 week program is designed to support you through the process of change, integrating movement, bespoke conditioning or rehab for a pain or injury,  and counselling-style sessions to unearth and move you towards living your fullest capacity. Be better in your next decade than in your last, maintain the health and fitness you want for yourself and a clarity of mind that integrates wellness for a truly celebratory life.

Whether you are recovering from back pain or an injury, or want to strengthen your base of conditioning and tissue to engage in your sports with more confidence and reduced injury risk, you will have a bespoke plan that meets those needs. Our 1-2-1 sessions are in Weeks 0, 4 and 8. In week 0, we will do a movement assessment, from which I can understand your patterns and create your bespoke plan.

GROUP MOVEMENT

Twice a week, we will move together!  These sessions will reinforce the underlying movements and principles which we apply in your bespoke plan, and will include positional breathing and principles of breath work. Community is so important, and I am really looking forward to being present with you all in these sessions to move and breath and grow.

MIND

This part of the program is our opportunity to meet with the parts of your internal drive, your goals and your vision for your self, as well as the parts which struggle, sabotage and fizzle away. In our weekly one-to-one sessions, we will find the strategies that you need to maintain momentum and consistent, balanced progress.

You also get your own complementary journal, designed by me, to be companion throughout the process.

BODY HEALTH & BREATH

Time Commitment

The goal of the program is to support physically and emotionally through the challenges of creating lasting change and confidence in your wellbeing.

Over the course of ten weeks, we will meet on a  one-to-one basis once a week, and in weeks 4 and 8, there will be an extra one-to-one sessions, as well as the preliminary assessment sessions in week 0, and follow-up calls one month, three months and twelve months after the program.

In addition, we will meet twice a week for one hour movement sessions together, consoildating the fundamentals as a group.

So that's:

  • 3 hours per week

  • extra hour in week 0, 4, 8 and the follow up calls after the program has finished.

  • note that the first and last group movement sessions will be 2 hours

  • Your own workout time; I'd suggest two further sessions in the week, depending on your goals

Who is the program suitable for

As an osteopath and a movement expert, I am well-placed to support you in your conditioning whether you are a regular sports person, are returning to exercise after a child, or you need more rehab support due an injury or time away from exercise.

This course is also designed specifically to support you in the mental and emotional challenges that can crop up, and sometimes derail us from our intentions.
